Liguria is also a landscape of historical cities and hilltop medieval towns. All around are the testaments to a rich history in both the landscape and architecture.

Our lovingly restored olive mill still retains the original mill workings and comprises two independent apartments which can be rented together or separately.  Each apartment has a comfortable lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people. 

The house is perched in a delightful hillside hamlet framed by Mount Scouasi which has arguably the best microclimate in Liguria. It faces due south and is plenty hot enough by day but refreshingly cooler by night.  Close to Dolcedo, it is 20 minutes walking time from the small town of Prelá with its shop, restaurants and bars.

The property is comfortably furnished throughout and has a beautiful terraced garden for eating or just sitting out.  The upper apartment has its own full length terrace and both apartments have their own stunning views of the Prino valley and the sea beyond.

Close to Imperia, San Remo, and the French border town of Menton and its even more up-market neighbour Monaco, it is only 65 minutes drive from Nice International Airport and 80kms from the ski resort of Limone Piemonte.
