All subject to Agreement and availability, the rate per week are as follows for 2009:-

 Please note:

• The intial deposit payment is €250 for an apartment and €500 for the whole house payable on the online shop page of this website.
• There is an additional Refundable Security Payment which is an extra €400 Euros per apartment or €800 for the whole house. Provided there's no damage or losses incurred by us this is refunded back to you within a maximum of six weeks after your return.
• There is a mandatory cleaning charge of €75 per apartment / €130 whole house which pays for the final changeover washing and cleaning after you leave.
• All transaction charges be they PayPal, Mastercard, Visa or bank charges for payments or credits (i.e. for the returns of deposits or the Refundable Security Payment) will be your responsibility and therefore will be added to payments or deducted from credits as appropriate.
• You can also order extra cleaning, linen or pre-order a shopping welcome pack on request.
